So you’ve finally signed up to kobopay but you’re still a Level 1 user.
While our basic account does give you access to a lot of our features you can do so much more with an upgraded account.
Raise your balance limit to ₦500,000 when you upgrade to Level 2 with a daily transaction limit of ₦200,000. At level 3, your balance is unlimited with a daily transaction limit of ₦5,000,000.
You can literally pay for a car using your wallet!
If you’re running low on funds in your wallet, you can complete transactions using your bank card, bank transfers or ussd code. Talk about having options
By upgrading to Level 3, you unlock our payment link feature which is great for requesting funds from individuals or businesses. With our payment link, you can crowdfund, receive order payments, collect debts or monetary gifts of any amount directly to your wallet at no extra cost
You can upgrade your account with these easy steps:
- Login to your kobopay account
- Select the settings icon on the top right corner of the page
- Select upgrade account
- Provide the required information that’ll be used to confirm your identity
Please note that kobopay technologies will not store your BVN information. We will only use it for KYC purposes to confirm your identity.
